In short

No account and no server. Profiles and rules are stored locally, and site access is asked only when a rule needs it. Autofill Forms by Rule has no account system, shows no ads, and uses no analytics or tracking. MAW2IN does not sell, rent or share any data, and has no server that receives your browsing data.

Details

What is stored

Your profiles, rules and settings, on your device only.

Site access

None at install. A page-load rule for a domain asks for that domain and its subdomains when you save it; a /regex/, quoted, free-text or empty site needs all sites and asks first. The Rules tab can remove all-sites access.

The only network call

The Pro licence check with Gumroad (api.gumroad.com), when you activate a key: the key and product ID only.

Local only

Profiles, rules and settings are kept in your browser's local storage.

No site access at install

A page-load rule asks for access to its site when you save it. A /regex/ or blank-site page-load rule needs all sites, and you can choose Not now.

Payments

The Pro key is sold through Gumroad. Gumroad processes the payment and your e-mail address under its own privacy policy; MAW2IN receives the order details Gumroad provides to sellers (such as your e-mail address) to deliver the key and handle refunds.

Removing your data

Everything the extension stores lives in your browser profile. Removing the extension removes it. For anything related to a purchase, write to ceo@maw2in.com.

This website

This page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies and loads no analytics or third-party scripts. Cloudflare may process standard request logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. A change that collects more data would also be announced in the extension's store listing.
